Ida Denard Jones

Founder & President

Ida Denard-Jones is the Founder and President of Denard Insurance Agency, making it one of the very few minority-owned and female-owned independent insurers in the state of Massachusetts. Ida holds a Residential Producer’s License for the state of Massachusetts, and after founding Denard Insurance Agency in 1990, Ida began taking an active role as community leader and philanthropist, donating uniforms and sponsorship to local youth organizations, and investing in local hiring to raise up the community around us. Ida currently serves on the Commonwealth Auto Reinsurers (CAR) governing committee.  When not working in insurance, Ida heads the women’s choir at Holy Tabernacle Church and is an active part of the women’s ministry.

Fanny Pimentel

Office Manager

Fanny has been an irreplaceable part of the Denard Insurance Agency family for 25 years. Fluent in English and Spanish, Fanny is Denard Insurance Agency’s bilingual Office Manager. Fanny has a kind and generous personality and her expertise is attention to detail and personalized policy assistance for our Latinx and Spanish speaking customers.

Taylore Jones

Technical Officer

Taylore Jones is the Technical Manager for Denard Insurance Agency. Taylore heads our registry department, and can be seen helping her customers navigate everything from electronic payments to virtual vehicle registration, so that you don’t have to make an appointment with the registry of motor vehicles - Let our office and our Technical Associate handle all of the work on your behalf.

Dave Heard

Executive Assistant

Dave Heard has been with Denard Insurance Agency since near its inception and foundation in 1990.  Dave first obtained his personal lines producer’s license in 2011, and currently works with us as Executive Assistant to the president.  Dave is also bilingual and here to serve our Latinx and Spanish speaking customers, but be warned, his relationship status with the Spanish language is currently: Working on it!, So please, be gentle!
